2. SUBJECT
This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to inform the BUYER about the product or products they wish to purchase through https://elfelora.shop, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS
The name, model, colour, size, quantity, and other main characteristics of the product to be purchased are stated on the relevant product page.
Before placing an order, the BUYER is responsible for reviewing the product description, size information, colour, images, and other characteristics.
4. PRODUCT PRICE AND ADDITIONAL COSTS
The sales prices of the products, including VAT, are displayed on the product page.
The total order amount, including the product price, any applicable discounts, taxes, and delivery charges, is displayed to the BUYER on the shopping cart and checkout pages.
The BUYER can view and review the total amount payable before confirming the order.
5. PAYMENT METHOD
The BUYER may pay the order amount using a credit card, debit card, or one of the other payment methods available on the website.
For instalment payments, the instalment and interest conditions determined by the relevant bank or payment service provider shall apply.
6. DELIVERY
The products are sent to the delivery address provided by the BUYER when placing the order.
The estimated delivery time is communicated to the BUYER during or after placing the order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, the delivery period cannot exceed the statutory maximum period of 30 days.
The BUYER is responsible for delivery problems caused by providing an incorrect or incomplete address.
If delivery of the order becomes impossible, the SELLER will inform the BUYER and refund the collected payment within the statutory period.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason or paying a penalty.
The BUYER may also exercise the right of withdrawal before the product is delivered.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must provide a clear notice to the SELLER within the 14-day period using one of the following contact methods:

The notice must include the BUYER’s full name, order number, the product to be returned, and contact information.
8. RETURN PROCEDURE
The BUYER must return the product to the SELLER within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice.
Following the withdrawal request, the SELLER will provide the BUYER with the shipping information and return code required for a free return. The SELLER will cover the return shipping cost, provided that the return method specified by the SELLER is used.

Within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, the SELLER will refund all payments collected from the BUYER, including the standard delivery cost.
The refund will be issued using a payment method compatible with the payment method used by the BUYER when making the purchase.
The BUYER may only try the product to the extent necessary to inspect it as they would in a physical store. The product must not be worn outdoors, washed, stained, or damaged.
9. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
a) Products specially manufactured according to the BUYER’s personal measurements or requests, or products that have been specially altered.
b) Products whose packaging, tape, or protective seal has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.
c) Products that may deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date may pass.
Dresses and clothing products sold in standard size options and not personally altered are not considered customised products merely because the BUYER selected a size.
10. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from the product ordered, the BUYER must contact the SELLER.
The BUYER’s statutory rights regarding defective products under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection remain reserved.
11. PERSONAL DATA
The BUYER’s personal data is processed for the purposes of receiving the order, processing payment, delivering the product, managing return procedures, and fulfilling legal obligations.

12. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The BUYER may submit requests concerning an order or product to the SELLER using the following contact information:

In the event of a dispute, the BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee located in the BUYER’s place of residence or the place where the transaction was completed, within the applicable annual monetary limits.
Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction over disputes exceeding the applicable monetary limit. In cases required by law, applying for mediation before filing a lawsuit is mandatory.
13. CONFIRMATION
The BUYER accepts that they have been informed about the product’s main characteristics, total price, payment method, delivery conditions, right of withdrawal, and return procedures before placing the order.
